Following a career in marketing both in house and on the agency side, I followed my passion for sport and tennis and became a tennis coach - helping people to develop and to do so in a sport I love, seemed like a great thing to do, and for the last 20 years or so, it definitely has been.

A few years ago I took the opportunity to study the Inner Game with the man who developed the system as a tennis coach himself - Tim Gallwey, and not only did it change how I coached but also gave me an insight into how I could take what I had learned and apply it on and off the court.

I left the world of business disillusioned, fed up of living for the weekend and found something that I loved to do. Now I am passionate about ensuring that the world of work isn't something to escape at the weekend but something to enjoy and thrive in.
