The Process
The 360 degree coaching tool is completed on-line by the coachee and a number of nominees (these should be individuals who are familiar with their behaviour, and include people with whom they may find it hard to communicate or get along with). It takes no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. The data is collated and a unique report is produced which provides a detailed personalised analysis of the coachee’s performance. This is fed back and discussed with them in a coaching session.
The Benefits
By using this process the coachee receives open, honest and constructive feedback in an anonymous format and gains a detailed analysis of their performance in this area. They can work with their coach to learn how to enhance their skills and to apply this enhanced self awareness and learning back to their working environment.
